EZ Graphics Inc. is a Calgary, Alberta signage, printing and installation business. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through ezgraphics.ca and related enquiries.
Information we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company, project or delivery location, project requirements, correspondence, photos, artwork and other uploaded files.
Our website and service providers may also process technical information, such as device and browser details, IP addresses, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referring websites and interactions with our website.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess project requirements, prepare estimates, communicate about work, arrange delivery or installation, and maintain business records. Please provide only information and files relevant to your request and that you are authorized to share.
Promotional emails
Where we have consent or are otherwise permitted by law, we may use your email address to send occasional promotional emails about EZ Graphics Inc.’s products, services, offers and company updates. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time using that link or by contacting info@ezgraphics.ca. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not stop messages needed to respond to a quote request or provide service.
Website services and sharing We use GoDaddy for our website and website communication tools, Tally for our embedded quote form and file uploads, and Google Analytics and Google Ads for website analytics and advertising measurement. These providers process information to deliver their respective services.
We may share relevant project information with suppliers or service providers when reasonably needed to assess or complete your project, or disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law.
Processing outside Canada
Our service providers may process or store information outside Canada, including Belgium and the United States. Tally states that form data is stored in Europe; its email notification services may involve processing in the United States. GoDaddy and Google operate internationally. Information processed abroad may be subject to the laws of the country where it is handled.
Contact our Owner at info@ezgraphics.ca for information about our policies and practices concerning service providers, their processing locations, or their handling of personal information.
Cookies and advertising measurement
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for website functions, traffic analysis and advertising measurement. Google tools help us understand visits and actions such as quote enquiries. The information processed depends on the tools' configuration and applicable consent choices.
You can use the cookie choices offered on our website and your browser settings to manage cookies. Google also provides privacy and advertising controls through its services.
Retention and protection
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and applicable legal, accounting and recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and limit access to people and providers who need it for those purposes.
Your choices and privacy questions
You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about retention or deletion, or withdraw consent, subject to applicable legal and contractual restrictions. Withdrawing information needed for a project may affect our ability to provide the requested service.
